Facts
Camphill Village’s roads and paths used to be un-lit and un-paved. This changed early 2000 when, through a grant from New York State all private roads and footpaths could be paved. Upon completion of this paving project the need arose to install street lighting to assist pedestrians in their travels around the village after dark.
